The following words and terms used in this document carry the meanings described below:

• "Platform" — The 7abc website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" — Any person who has registered on or is using the 7abc platform.
• "Account" — A personal account registered in the user's name.
• "Bonus Funds" — Any bonus money granted by 7abc, usable subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

Where the singular is used in these Terms, it also applies to the plural, and these Terms apply equally to all persons regardless of gender.

When opening an account on the 7abc platform, the user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will result in the account being immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

7abc may request documents necessary to verify a user's identity at any time. 7abc reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete. This is done solely to protect the security of your funds.

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, unless you notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the 7abc platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• When registering an account, you must open it in your own name using your own details.
• You may not operate an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
• You must confirm that you are using the platform knowingly, voluntarily, and for entertainment purposes.

7abc takes the protection of minors very seriously. If any user provides false information about their age, their account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds will not be refunded.

Accepted methods for depositing funds on the 7abc platform are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method). Deposited funds must come from your own account — third-party funds are not accepted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours (BST). Processing time may increase for identity verification or security review.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. If you deposited via bKash, the withdrawal will be to bKash; if via Nagad, to Nagad; and if via Rocket, to Rocket.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank, widely used in Bangladesh.

7abc reserves the right to hold any unusual or suspicious transaction pending investigation. If a fraudulent transaction is proven, the associated funds will be forfeited.

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳22,000 or more attracts the maximum ৳15,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳37,000.

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• All games can be played using bonus funds, however specific games may contribute at different rates toward the wagering calculation.
• Bonus funds cannot be directly transferred to another user.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• 7abc reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer, however bonuses already in progress will not be cancelled immediately.

7abc follows strict rules to ensure fair play on the platform. All game outcomes are impartial and determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• The use of any software or scripts in slots, live casino, and fishing games is strictly prohibited.
• Coordinated bet management in cricket or other sports betting is not permitted.
• Arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any method that exploits the system unfairly is prohibited.
• 7abc reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from a technical error.

Across all sports betting markets, users may only place bets for general entertainment purposes. 7abc does not guarantee the outcome of any specific match.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7abc platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Any attempt at fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Impersonating another user or gaining unauthorised access to their account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any form of artificial assistance.
• Misconduct, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward other users.
• Assisting minors in using the platform.

Any user may close their own account. To do so, contact the 7abc support team. All ongoing bets must be settled before the account is closed, and eligible funds will be returned.

7abc may close or suspend a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of the Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Providing false identity or age information.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

7abc places the highest importance on the protection of your personal information. We use SSL encryption technology and all data is stored on secure servers.

The personal information you provide will be used only for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and customer support. Information is not sold to third parties.

• Game interruptions caused by internet connection issues or third-party technical failures.
• Game sessions disrupted as a result of unexpected technical errors.
• Any loss caused by issues related to the user's own device or software.
• Unauthorised use of your account by someone other than yourself (if you did not notify us).

In the case of a verifiable technical failure, 7abc will make reasonable efforts to compensate the user for their loss, however the maximum compensation will be limited to the amount of the bet in question.

• Step 2: Our support team will review your complaint within 7 business days.
• Step 3: Additional time may be needed for further investigation if required, and you will be informed of this.

7abc always follows a fair and transparent process in resolving all disputes. Our goal is to maintain a long-term relationship of trust with every user.

7abc reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you have accepted the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.
